- SilverCloud: programmes for a wide range of common mental health conditions (Depression, Anxiety, Phobia, Panic, Social Anxiety, Health Anxiety, OCD, Depression & Anxiety, GAD, Money Worries, Bipolar, Perinatal Wellbeing)
- Unmind: a mental health platform that empowers staff to proactively improve their mental wellbeing: designed to help with stress, sleep, coping, connection, fulfilment and nutrition.
- Headspace: a science-backed app in mindfulness and meditation, providing unique tools and resources to help reduce stress, build resilience, and aid better sleep. All NHS employees with an nhs.net, nhsemployers.org and nhs.uk email address are eligible to receive full access to the Headspace Plus library, which houses 1,000+ hours of guided meditations across topics such as stress, sleep, commuting, focus, parenting, kids, and much more, as well as eyes-open exercises, workouts and sleep content. - Sleepio and Daylight (developed by Big Health): a clinically-evidenced sleep improvement programme that is fully automated and highly personalised, using cognitive behavioural techniques to help improve poor sleep.

- The Staff Common Room: twice daily opportunity for our NHS people to come together and support each other during this difficult time. The staff common rooms are a safe and supportive environment through which colleagues can continue to stay mentally well. Stay Alive App: NHS and social care staff have free access to the Stay Alive app, which aims to provide help to people with existing mental health concerns, suicidal thoughts, and those struggling in self isolation. It provides information to help colleagues stay safe, including advice for people concerned about someone else who may be considering suicide.

A new service for people who live in South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw who have been bereaved during the COVID-19 pandemic.

A dedicated bereavement support service has been set up in South Yorkshire to help anyone who has lost a loved one to coronavirus and needs advice or guidance. Listening Ear, which is a national charity, established their South Yorkshire helpline last week on 20 April. It is there for anyone who has sadly lost someone during the coronavirus pandemic. You can refer yourself to the Listening Ear service, but can also be referred by a GP, hospital, funeral directors, or community organisations. Although it’s not a counselling service, it will be delivered by trained counsellors who understand the difficulties and turmoil faced when someone loses a loved one.
