Library Membership - Borrowing, Current Awareness and Services

Joining the Library - The Rotherham Foundation Trust NHS staff and students and staff on placement

If you would like to join the Library at Rotherham NHS Trust you can do so via the YorCat library Catalogue.  The Rotherham Library & Knowledge service is now part of of YorCat, a consortium of health libraries across Yorkshire and the Humber.

Joining the Library will generate your library membership number and password which will enable you to search the YorCat library catalogue to request books from any of the participating libraries to be sent to this library for you to borrow.

Current Awareness - Evidence Updates

We offer a personalised current awareness service via KnowledgeShare Evidence Updates allowing you to receive new evidence on topics tailored to your requirements. This can provide you with email update on topics and professional interests that are personalised and targeted to you which you can access once you are a member of the Library.

It covers policy documents and a range of summarised evidence, so you won't be inundated with primary research articles. If you'd like to see what topics are covered in the Evidence Updates, you can download the full categories list.

If you want to keep up to date with new articles in your areas of interest please register you interests and details via the QR code.
See the KnowledgeShare Privacy Notice to find out more about how we use your data.
