FAQ's - no question is too small!How do I join the Library?
It's quick, simple and free - just scan the QR code below
do i get a library card whan I join the library?
No - although you can get a membership barcode - which you can stick to your staff card - this will allow you to use the self service facilities. Once you have joined online please visit the library in staffed hours to collect your barcode.
do you have a printer?
Yes - you will need your staff card to access your printing. If it's the first time you have used the printer - you will need to sign in with your username and password the first time.
how do I access the library out of hours?
Access is via your staff card - 24/7. Please check your card is enabled - if not you can ask Estates to add access to the Library on your card.
how do I book a room or a study pod?
You can book on the room booking system located on the Hub. Go to:
How do I borrow books in unstaffed hours?
Use the self service area - you will need your library membership barcode to scan - you can then check out and return books
