If you'd like to borrow fiction please ask library staff for access to the collection during weekday office hours.
- eBooks, eJournals and online databases are still available: find out more on our website: ebooks; ejournals; databases
- Library space: the hospital library remains accessible via staff badges and from Monday 7th Sept the doors will be open during office hours (continue to swipe in with your badge for access outside these hours). You can access the library books and print journals (borrowing is available 08.30-17.00), use the PCs, photocopier and printers. Books can be returned any time: please return all books (plus any items you handle whilst browsing in the library) to the plastic box in the library or the blue returns box in the corridor. - Enquiries and literature searches: please submit these to us by email [email protected], via the website or to library staff in the hospital library 08.30-17.00: we are here and ready to connect you with the latest evidence.
- Training: we are still able to deliver information skills training, either socially distanced in the hospital or online: please contact us for details. Support with information skills is also available on our website.
- Evidence updates: we can send you regular updates by email on subjects of your choice: to register please do so via the website or email us: [email protected]. You can still view and register for our news feeds.
