Publishers often maintain their own lists as well - e.g. MDPI, OUP and Sage, plus many smaller publishers, although most t I think most if not all of their titles are listed in DOAJ. Springer also has a list of their hybrid journals at https://www.springernature.com/gp/open-research/journals-books/journals but the model seems to vary.

BCUHB is a paid member of BioMed Central which enables the Health Board to actively support OA in scholarly publishing and to ensure the most widespread dissemination of the research published by staff. This open access peer reviewed medical journal has been published weekly online since October 2004. PLOS is a non profit organisation of scientists, and physicians based in California, USA. Other PLOS open access journals include PLOS Genetics, PLOS Biology, PLOS Pathogens and PLOS Neglected Tropical Diseases.

An online, open access journal, dedicated to publishing medical research from all disciplines and therapeutic areas. Authors are asked to pay article-publishing charges on acceptance. All papers are included in PubMed and ISI Current Contents (Web of Science).
