Mindfulness Monday is a 30 minute mindfulness session, every Monday, 12:30 - 1pm in the Hospital Library’s silent study room on Level D.
Wellness Wednesday is a relaxed monthly forum for colleagues to join the Wellness Matters team, 5:30 - 6:30pm in the Hospital Library to discuss a particular topic. May will focus on resilience – providing tips to help maintain wellbeing and work performance.
But if it’s more of a physical challenge you need, there are currently Yoga and Zumba classes taking place every week!
