Fill in the online Interlibrary loan form

• Open the above link to the Interlibrary form. Include as much detail as possible about the item and your contact details and remember to sign each form or tick the online form to certify you will adhere to copyright law.  
• Save the form on your PC
• Email it back to us at rgh-tr.knowledge.service.nhs.net as an attachment.  We will acknowledge receipt of your form and we will then arrange for your request to be processed.

Journal articles will be sent out to you by the Hospital Library, for you to keep, these normally arrive within a couple of days. Books can take up to 14 days to arrive. As a rule allow 10 – 14 days for any items to be obtained. If you have requested a book you will be notified by us when your item is ready for collection. ​  Please complete one form for each item you require.  If you are not already a member of the library please also complete an online membership form.
