NICE - National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence NICE is part of the NHS, and its role is to provide patients, health professionals and the public with authoritative, robust and reliable guidance on current 'best practice'. The guidance will cover both individual health technologies and the clinical management of specific conditions. NHS Evidence - NICE Guidelines can also be found on the NHS Evidence website which provides access to a wide range of authoritative clinical and non-clinical evidence and best practice. NICE Pathways - NICE Pathways is an online tool for health and social care professionals that brings together all related NICE guidance and associated products in a set of interactive topic-based diagrams. Each pathway includes all relevant NICE guidance, including clinical guidelines, public health guidance, technology appraisals, interventional procedures, medical technology and diagnostics guidance, and quality standards, and accompanying tools produced by NICE to support implementation.
