- Please email us at rgh-tr.knowledge.service.nhs.net for a Non NHS membership form if you are live or work locally and have an interest in health promotion (e.g. teachers, school/college students, youth workers, volunteers, early years workers etc).
Our resources can be borrowed by all staff and students working in TRFT, the Rotherham ICB and independent contractors (GPs, pharmacists, dentists and opticians), Rotherham Public Health, Rotherham Hospice, social services staff involved in patient care and students on placement within the organisations we serve.
In addition, teachers, school and college students, youth workers, early years workers, volunteers and other groups with an interest in health promotion who live, work or study locally are also welcome to use our health education resources. Contact us if you would like to check your eligibility.
NHS staff are welcome to borrow items from our collection of IT and Display Equipment.
Our standard loan period for books is three weeks. You may borrow up to 15 items at a time. Books can be renewed up to six times, subject to recall from other borrowers. Flexible conditions are available for our IT and display equipment and for our health education resources which may be borrowed for longer periods. These items can also be booked out in advance and more than ten items can be borrowed at a time for health promotion events and activities.
Search our online catalogue to find out what we've got. If we don't have the item you're looking for, we offer an interlibrary loan service. We're also always glad to receive suggestions for new items for the collections: please contact us with your ideas.
